Hello my name is Sheila Pritchard and this is what I do.

I offer one to one computer training to adults in Worthing and surrounding districts in West Sussex. My aim is to provide personal one to one training that is based on each student's needs. I will visit the student either in their home or place of work where I will assess the training requirements. I shall then prepare material that will be:

a) Neither patronising nor out of the scope of the students' understanding

b) I will endeavour to keep it jargon free but where jargon is used I will provide a glossary of terms

c) I will actively listen to the student and provide step by step guides where appropriate

d) I will provide for a limited period after training telephone support in the subject matter covered

So, if you are returning to work, new to computing or just want to brush up on your Microsoft Office skills you have come to the right place. Maybe you want a kick start in Excel or a better understanding of Word. You may want help managing your digital photographs or learn how to use email and the Internet. I can show you how, quickly and now.

Each session lasts as long as you wish it to but generally speaking about 2 hours is sufficient. It is focused entirely on what YOU want to know. For more information and reassurance read the Testimonials from some of my happy customers.
